– Complete your order by 2pm (PST) for same day shipping.
– Orders placed after 2pm, will be shipped the following business day.
– Orders placed on the weekend, ship the following business day. *Holiday exceptions may apply.

RETURNS
– Customer is responsible for returning shipping, *exceptions apply.
– Upon request, a return label can be supplied, and cost deducted from refund.
– 100% refund minus shipping cost on preferred and retail customer orders returned within 30 days of purchase date *exception applied to requested return labels.
– 100% refund minus shipping cost on IBO orders returned within 15 days of purchase date *exception applied to requested return labels.
– 90% refund minus shipping cost on IBO orders returned within 30 days of purchase date (includes 10% restock fee) *exception applied to requested return labels.
– Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of order purchase date.
– No returns on specials or promotional offers under final sale.
